The Diono RadianR100 Convertible Car seat can hold children up to 65 pounds in the forward facing position or 100 pounds as a booster seat. As the name suggests it converts to either a forward or rear facing seat. For added protection it's recommended that you keep your child in the rear facing position for as long as possible. With the R100 you can keep your child in this position, rear facing, for a long time as this position has a maximum recommended weight of up to 40 pounds.
